Expectations of Our Community

  • Please do NOT leave trash on landings. It can attract rodents other unwanted animals.

  • Seasonal items should be removed when not in use.

  • Landscape lights are allowed, However, TRCA will NOT be responsible if they are broken or damaged by landscapers as they perform their scheduled duties.

  • Do NOT stack firewood directly against siding due to termites, ants, & decay. It is recommended to be 3 foot from the building.
